Our letters to Management and Attorneys We wrote to management to clarify Notices of Violations. We also wrote to draw attention to what we had observed around the park which might be detrimental to the use of the facilities there by us and others who lived there. It seemed that the use of combustible materials, violating setback rules, and allowing permanent fencing were rule violations hitherto ignored by the management throughout the park. However, the management now chose to allege these exact same violations in our project. Our work was frequently stopped as we had to reiterate that we had done nothing to violate the rules, and that we are working according to plans submitted and approved by the Park.
